Pulse is made of several parts that can fail independently — a connector can stall while the dashboard stays healthy. This page lists them and explains how to reach us when something looks wrong.
Live monitoring is not connected yet
This page does not yet report real-time uptime. Until a monitoring provider is wired up, treat the component list below as a reference for what to name when you report a problem, not as a live health check.
Components
- Dashboard — The web app and everything rendered inside it.
- Connector syncs — Scheduled pulls from each advertising, analytics and commerce platform.
- Reports & exports — Report generation and scheduled PDF, CSV and Excel delivery.
- AI Analyst — Natural-language questions and generated report narratives.
- Site crawler — On-demand SEO crawls and Core Web Vitals checks.
- Public API — The read-only REST API and API-key issuance.
- Mobile apps — The iOS and Android clients.
Checking a connector yourself
Most problems people report are a single connector, not the platform. Inside Pulse, Sync Management shows the last successful sync and the current state of every connector on a branch — pending, active, error or revoked. A connector in error usually means the provider revoked the token or the account permissions changed; reconnecting it from Manage → Connectors resolves most cases.
Reporting an incident
If the platform itself looks down, or a connector keeps failing after a reconnect, report it to [email protected]. Naming the affected component from the list above, the client and branch, and the time you noticed it will get to an answer fastest.
