Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 2026
Pulse (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing analytics and ad-management dashboard operated by Webandcrafts. This page explains how to delete the data Pulse holds about you and your connected accounts, including data obtained through the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) APIs.
What data we hold
Pulse only accesses data from accounts you explicitly connect, via each provider’s official authorization flow. For Meta connections this includes the access token for the connected ad account and cached ad performance and campaign metadata (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, campaign and ad set names and statuses) used to build your reports and dashboards.
Delete your data yourself (immediate)
- Sign in to Pulse and go to Manage → your client / branch → Connectors.
- Remove the Meta (or any other) connector. This deletes the stored access token and the connector’s cached data from our systems.
- To remove your account entirely, use the account-deletion option in Settings, or submit a request using the method below.
You can also revoke Pulse’s access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
Request deletion
If you cannot sign in, or want us to delete your data on your behalf, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the email address or account/business name associated with your Pulse account.
We will verify the request and delete the associated data — including any data obtained from Meta — within 30 days, and confirm once complete.
