Pulse (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing analytics dashboard operated by Webandcrafts. It consolidates a business’s own marketing and analytics accounts into a single reporting view for that business and the agency managing it. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we access
Pulse only accesses data from accounts you explicitly connect, and only with your authorization via each provider’s official OAuth flow. Depending on the connectors you enable, this may include:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — traffic, engagement, conversion and ecommerce metrics (read-only).
- Google Ads — campaign, keyword and performance metrics (read-only).
- Google Search Console — search clicks, impressions, position and query data (read-only).
- Google Business Profile — profile performance and reviews (read-only).
- YouTube — channel and video analytics (read-only).
- Other connected platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Shopify, Magento) for the same reporting purpose.
We request the minimum scopes needed for reporting. We do not create, edit, or delete data in your Google accounts through these read-only scopes, except where you explicitly use an optional publishing feature you initiate.
How we use the information
Connected-account data is used solely to generate the dashboards, reports and exports you request within Pulse. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
Google user data — Limited Use
Pulse’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing reporting features of Pulse; we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition; and we do not use it for serving advertisements or for training AI models.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure. Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the account/agency that connected the data and to authorized personnel operating the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Connected-account data is visible only within your Pulse workspace and to the agency users you have granted access. We may use infrastructure sub-processors (e.g. hosting) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Data retention and deletion
You can disconnect any connector at any time from within Pulse, which stops further data access. You may also revoke Pulse’s access directly from your provider account (e.g. Google’s Third-party access settings). To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below.
